Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers lift the skin away from the bone restoring youthful volume and shape.

  • When the face demonstrates a loss of volume without much extra skin, fillers often do the best job. 

  • HA fillers alone do not correct texture and color.

The Vampire Facelift® offers a way to restore shape, improve tone and texture, while rejuvenating new and younger tissue.

The steps of the Vampire Facelift®

  1. The provider studies the face with direct observation/pictures and makes an individualized plan.

  2. Numbing cream is applied topically.

  3. Blood is drawn from arm during a simple lab draw.

  4. The blood is placed in a centrifuge and spun.  

    • West Side Wellness has a dedicated centrifuge machine that is specifically made to obtain higher concentrations of platelets to provide maximal results.  ​

  5. Create a beautiful and natural shape.  A HA filler (Juvéderm®)  is used to sculpt a younger, natural-appearing face.  

    • Lift the cheeks back to a round and high shape.​

    • Lift the inferior tear trough back to appear less tired.

    • Lift the brow to open eyes.

    • Lift the corners of the mouth up and out.

    • Lift nasolabial fold and chin into a more youthful shape.

    • Correct asymmetry.

  6. Growth factors are harvested from the drawn blood that the body normally uses to heal damaged tissue. 

    • Platelets from that blood (platelet-rich plasma, or PRP), are activated to release growth factors that increase collagen and new blood flow. 

  7. The PRP is then injected into the patient's face using a very small needle in a technique that is specific to the Vampire trademark.  

    • The PRP activates stem cells present in the skin and stimulates healthy, new tissue.

    • PRP has NEVER been associated with serious effects when prepared using FDA-approved equipment.
